We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

We will send the goods within 3-5 working days after the full payment has been confirmed. If the payment is not available, your order will be closed automatically.

Russian customers must give us the receiver's full name.

If you haven't got it within the shipping time, please contact us without hesitation. We will extend receiving time and check it for you with the post office and customs. Because sometimes it will be delayed for traffic or flight jams. Please do not open dispute to us, we will take responsibility to resend or refund for any lost item.

To protect your interest, please check your shipping addresses carefully when placing an order. We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address.

Delivery status is based on tracking information provided by postal office/courier. You could also track your package's shipping information on 17track.net
